For lengths up to 12” we recommended 2-3 bundles for a full install, 14” to 20” min. 3 bundles and 22" to 30" 3-4 bundles. For a thicker fuller finish of lengths 28"-30" you can go for 5 bundles.

Yes! All hair we provide is virgin hair and comes in its natural colour unless stated otherwise.
For example, if you order a lace wig in Jet Black you would need to lift the colour to change it as it has been dyed. It is best advised to go to a professional or contact us for support.

Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation that your item(s) has been shipped with tracking provided.
If you have ordered wigs our processing time is between 10-15 working days. This is excluding delivery time.
During holiday periods, orders may take an additional 2-3 working days to be processed and shipped.

- UK orders please allow 5-7 working days. Selected products with 'Next Day Delivery' ribbon order before 1 pm with standard shipping for next day arrival. - If any delays are incurred please allow 1-2 working days.
- Europe, please allow 7-10 workings days
- For all other International orders, please allow 10-15 working days

For orders, we will accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order. Please email us at info@igorhair.com for directions and reasons for cancellations.
Our hair is final sale due to health and sanitation and we do not permit returns. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by IGOR HAIR when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
