RETURNS

​For orders, we will accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order. Please email us at info@igorhair.com for directions and reasons for cancellations. For accessory orders, we will permit a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

​Our hair is final sale due to health and sanitation and we do not permit returns. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that your product(s):

• Are in their original packaging

• Aren't used or damaged

• Haven't been bleached, dyed or altered in any way

• Bundles are not unravelled

• The lace has not been cut

​It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by IGOR HAIR when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
